E-V cipher is a cipher entirely composed by me. its pretty cool to be honest. if anyone can crack the code (like be able to encode-decode without the project), tell me in the comments. I bet you wont be able to... if you wanna know E-V stands for "even-vigenere" because... well if I told you it would be even more of a hint on how this works. good luck :D
