BACKSTORY (Since I am to lazy) So Dogman was tired of being called ''ugly'' so he asked the scientists who made him to kill him, but they didn't want to kill the city's hero so they mutated him. But he got so angry during the mutation that he wanted to kill everyone also the mutation went wrong and gave him loads of creepy eyes he also lost his memory during the proses and ended up forgetting Lil Pete Chief and the others
