The reason they look similar with Tsardom tanks is because they ARE based on them, remember: the Artificials cannot make original models, and can only steal from others and modify them, but they only copy the looks, not the full model (except traitor soldiers). The living missiles of Mesir are a Scravelin legion who switched sides, they focus on kamikaze missions. Their motto being: Better die as a hero than live as a coward.
