This means Neuvellon operates under a central government, with semi-presidential system, meaning have both a president and a prime minister, while a constitutional monarchy dictates that Neuvellon has a ceremonial head of state, being the monarch (either queen or king of Neuvellon). The Prime Minister of Neuvellon is appointed by the President. If the Prime Minister is unfavorable, the Parliament may hold a vote of no confidence, wherein the Prime Minister would have to be replaced if it passes. The Prime Minister primarily focuses on domestic policy and policy in the Parliament, acting as the head of government. The President of Neuvellon is elected to a 5-year term by popular vote in a two-round system. The President acts as head of state with largely military and foreign policy powers. The President of Neuvellon also selects the cabinet, with the build-up being of the lower ministers of Neuvellon and other civil servants. The Monarch of Neuvellon holds mostly ceremonial power, with a few powers on law and foreign policy. The Monarch of Neuvellon may request the removal of a president they deem unfit, and may deny or approve laws within the counsel of advisors. The Monarch of Neuvellon acts outside of the cabinet of the president and prime minister.
