Emperor Mark is basically Invincible except he is now 500 years old and the new Emperor of the Viltrumites. Strength: By the end of the series, Emperor Mark's strength reigns higher than any Viltrumite in the series, and to put in comparison, a single adult Viltrumite can casually destroy an entire city (Like what Omni Man did in Chicago in the season 1 finale). At just around 18 years old, Mark (also known as Invincible at that age) was able to fight and beat Conquest twice and for those of you who don't know Conquest, he is an old Viltrumite (Around 5000 years old in the comics) who survived the Great Purge (when Grand Regent Thragg ordered the Viltrumites to fight each other to the death until only the strongest remained) and even took pleasure from all of the death and blood during that massacre since Conquest is in the same strength category as Omni Man (Mark's dad), but even he obeyed Thragg (The emperor of the Viltrumites before Mark). During the attack on Viltrum, with the combined strength of Thaedus, Omni Man, and Mark and the guidance of Space Racer's ray beam from his weapon, they were able to drill through the entire planet of Viltrum and make it explode (Viltrum has been thought to be slightly larger than Earth) in just a few seconds. Eventually when Mark was around 28 years old, he fought against Thragg near the Sun and won but it was a close fight: Thragg's strength dwarfs the strength of other Viltrumites like Omni Man and Conquest since Thragg was specially trained from birth to become the strongest Viltrumite soldier ever and he is able to tear through planetary structures effortlessly. 28 year old Mark was able to get around Thragg's tier of strength through a decade of surviving brutal battles and near death experiences with both Viltrumites, other strong beings, and even other versions of himself that he is able to either one shot or overpower. Durability: When it comes to durability, Viltrumites have a lot of it: A normal adult Viltrumite can survive nukes, and only get a nosebleed at most, survive reentry into a planet without having to worry about any burn up at all, able to survive in space for long periods of time (they can also hold their breath up to 2 weeks), recover from intense injuries, and even continue to fight when their organs are damaged, but for Emperor Mark, his scale of durability is even greater: He is able to withstand the hot temperatures of the Sun, able to fight even when he is seriously injured and continue functioning even after taking damage that a normal Viltrumite would not be able to survive. Speed: This is when things start to get ridiculous, because it showed in both the show and the comics that some elite Viltrumites like Omni Man are able to fly even faster than the speed of light, and the speed of light is insane: The speed of light is so fast that not only it can head from the Earth to the Moon in around 1 second that's around 300,000 kilometers, but that also means that light can travel across the entire solar system (including the Oort cloud which puts the entire solar system's diameter at over 10 trillion miles) in 3 years. One piece of evidence to show that elite Viltrumites can travel faster than light is that in both the comics and the series, it showed that after Omni Man left Earth, a bit of time passed but then it showed Omni Man literally floating near a black hole and he only grew a beard which would only take a few months to grow, but the distance of a black hole from Earth would range from thousands to millions of light years away. Overall: All of those feats and stats from both the series and comics explain in detail of how Emperor Mark is more powerful than any other VIltrumite in the Invincible timeline, putting his overall tier anywhere from planet to even star.
