ticcœr №: something weird It can talk, but the way it talks is kind of like the way you hear someone speaking to you on a radio. It also sparkles, and has a weird shape which is it's "face" for some reason. It can change colors, but it never really means anything. Doesn't have bad intentions, and also looks kind of odd. It can't be caught, even with master balls (you should know by now)
