After hearing about it through some friends, I initially joined this platform just to support them. When I joined, I figured I’d lay low, just give my friends support, nothing more. I released my first project on a whim, just to say, hey, I did something… That project was put into an SDS and ended up front-page 3 separate times. Instant fame; fame that I wasn’t braced for. I was nervous, but the love and support that flooded in for such a generic project was overwhelming. Needless to say, I rapidly fell in love with this community. 11 projects later, (this makes 12 total) I’m proud to say that I’m hooked. This site is a magical place where a teen (total unc) like me can *nerd out* (pun intended) about things that people irl might judge me for. I had always wanted to be an animator, but stop-motion and frame by frame programs just never worked for me. This however, feels right. Thank you all again! -
