If you draw a circle using a repeat 360 block, it draws a full circle, if you do 180 (half of 360) it draws half of a circle. But using math you can create a value 1-10. You can multiply this by 3.6 to make 50 degrees 180 or 100 becomes 360, which means it works the same way which allows you to create slider values that go up to 1-100 and it still can draw a full and half circle even though the value doesn't go to up 360.
