(If my very short explanation is not worded well or is confusing pls lmk) If you can't tell because of how small the drawings are, the one on the left is a lot more pixely and crunchy looking Simply convert any art you've uploaded into vector in the "costumes" section, which will make the quality improve a bit. Now, I know that a lot of people probably already know this, but you can easily improve the quality of art you've uploaded to scratch. It doesn't make it perfect, but it's at least a bit better.
I learned this on my own I think because I noticed that my art was looking kinda crunchy and so I fiddled around until it was fixed Also i'm sorry if my way of typing sounds kinda stiff I like being grammatically correct
