This is a moving poem (written by @aimbowmaker) that is designed to inspire all people to take action against climate change. Our planet is unique and all creatures (including humans) and all plants need it to survive. If we continue with what we're doing, our planet will overheat. For example, ice is melting, causing rising sea levels and loss of habitat for animals like polar bears, leading to extinction. Please favourite and remix it to help spread the word.
