This is a simple meeting with both sides (Colvan's leader and a Volcanian representative or leader) over the standstill to try to relieve pressure. Volcania's leader or representative can come with up to 100 men for their protection. We will have this on Colvan's mainland ( unless you want to host it, in which Colvan can get up to 100 men). Colvan also says Volcania could just withdraw, and we act as if nothing happened; your call.
