Hey demin divass um some workout tips if you wanna be SNATCHED - :P 1# deep core Deep core targets the inside of the core (aka waist snatching muscles) so deep core exercises help you get that hourglass snatched shaped but still strengthens your core/abs. some examples of deep core are : Leg raises, ( my personal fave), de4d bugs - if you don't know what this is you can Google it, plank up downs (lwk so hard tho)...and you can Google some too <3 2# exercises to NOT DO??? okay some core exercises make your stomach/waist/torso look BIGGER, its not fat but it increases in size, for me personally (TAKE NOTE OF THAT) crunches made my core stronger, but didn't snatch it yk? So stick to deep core, crunches ARENT ILLEGAL but idrk ur trusting a random girl out there TOT 3# inside of you demin divas, HYDRATION IS KEY SLURP SLURP. and protien CHEFS KISS. eating a packet of dat Dubai chocoLATTI chewy cookie or AESPA CHEESY SHIN RAMYUN (that you forced your muther to buy bc you wanted the photo card...)
