Also, Skadii was the original name of the Icinians. And they are some of the few species (besides the galactians themselves) that survived the war, after making a peace treaty with the Galactians. Even though they probably didn't understand the wording, so the Skadii had other plans. They decided to use a symbol that represents peace on the treaty. The Skadii (Icinians) were smart. Soon after, the Galactians agreed to spare the Skadii (Icinians), as long as they don't attack them again. In fact, the Galactians STILL refer to the Icinians as the Skadii.
