After the Welsh invasion of the UK, the entire country became a part of their new dream of a Celtic nation; however, from what it seems, Gibraltar has remained independent. It is time to rectify the wrong dealt to us so long ago. Warships would close in on the small peninsula and blockade it tempoarily, our electronic warfare units would attempt to cut off communications between the islands defence force, and our air force would begin air raids targeting defences, hopefully dailing some damage, after this marines would land and attempt to establish a beachhead, and then infantry would land when its safer, after this supported by CAS they would attempt to systematically clear the nation of resistance and capture it. Once this is complete, integration begins, and now the local people mostly identify as British (or most likely Gibraltan at this point). We won't entirely erase this identity, but like in Aragon will heavily encourage the use of Catalan alongside English, teaching Catalan alongside English in schools and making signage in Catalan and English. The area will also be placed under military occupation, and reconstruction efforts will begin. Once it has been completely integrated in the next decade, it will be granted a special autonomy status within the nation.
