Heavy but mobile Anti-Material rifles and rocket launchers attached to fast pickup trucks would make quick work of enemy tanks though we're forced back in te north. Meannwhile in the south Lincoln's 9th Army encircles the loyalists in their attempted push north using fast trucks to spearhead these offensives. We wouldn't need "drone bases" since they are civilian drone bombers. The end result is that the 9th, 8th and 7th Army groups capture te entire coast cutting off the navy. And with warfront secured we're able to focus our full might to the west where the civilian population is more friendly to the enclave.
