(music is in the project) 3/2413 With the growth of underground warfare in recent years, and the need to up the ante, Hubbard has put forth a plan of the public good: Project Helix. The goal of this program is to ready the USoLRH for conflict with nations that harbor frequent underground warfare, and to do this, the device known as the HELIX has been put into motion. It functions as resonance machine, scanning the ground for points of high reflectiveness (sonically) and burrowing towards them, while releasing destructive frequencies around itself and destabilizing the ground around and behind it. Once it reaches a fortified area, it is able to release a burst of high-density plasma to loosen up the ground around it, or it can fire condensed beams at weak points in the foundation of the structure, whereafter it is then able to burrow via massive RPM into the structure, compromising it and leading to collapse if necessary, but infiltration is also possible. For infiltration missions, the helix can be equipped with wheels/crawling legs to move along the walls and surfaces of structures and shafts, collecting data and mapping out areas that are normally not reachable via ground scans. Now, with such a technology being developed, it is of course kept secret from those not in the NASM. Given the fact that the NASM is famously skilled in both espionage and secrecy, it is no surprise that this technology is being well-kept and out of the knowledge of those not within its "borders". However, secretly, this technology has been shared with Spania in an effort ot bolster their ally and create a more stabilizing force in Europe. 25 million troops currently stand in Spania, still organizing and such, so this will allow some troops to be moved from Spania to other areas and increase overall efficiency. So far, the Helix has proven capable of the destruction of old Dominion tunnels from WW7 discovered under Duostrip, so this is clearly a plus. Overall, the concept of the Helix seems promising, and will likely lead to many victories in the future. Hailrh. Beyond this, the NASM has also begun moving distribution networks and forming societies in northern Brazil, manning the area and opening borders to refugees. The area is also being settled by immigrants, while technology is exported to the area to help develop it. Churches are also being built to teach the locals the way of LRH, but as has been previously stated before, no forced conversion is being made, and all church resources are available for the public and paid for via distribution networks. Overall, the liberation has gone smoothly, and things are looking up for the United Societies. Hailrh.
