This will keep your OC protected under the Project Vault name, but this will also mean your character is also owned under my name. While still being your OC to control and use, it's under my name so I can control it's every right. In New Zealand, copyright applies automatically to original works the moment they are created or recorded in some form. There is no legal requirement for registration, no official application process, and no fees to pay for protection. It covers literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic works, sound recordings, films, and communication works
