In the car is Champ99 (he is the last living relative of Champion99) and James Leyland Kirby, a musician who is on a road trip with you to show you his cool new tracks. Unfortunately, a re-enactment of The Great Standing Plague of 1691 had broken out that causes people to stand in the middle of the road. Although Greg Car is no more, the event was turned into a ritual because the myths boomed in popularity. The people on the road are moving, though, meaning that there is no way for you to safely stop and risk one of them hitting you. You must drive until the event is over. You should have read the post about the road being closed for this. And remember, as always, if you hit them, your car and you are broken completely. You must drive until nightfall.
