Bio: Name: Leopard. Gender: Male. Age: 23 y/o. Species: Sand/Mud. Location: Sand Kingdom. Role: Prince. Orientation: Straight. Mate: Recluse, a SandWing. Power(s): Can breathe fire, deadly tail barb with venom. Personality: He's usually anxious and awkward, but sometimes he can be bold and brave. He /can/ get grumpy if he's hangry though. Likes: His mate, Recluse, watching sunrises, coconut milk. Dislikes: Cold places, rude dragons, most spiders (Which is ironic because his mate is named after a very venomous spider). Hobbies: Gardening, making jewelry. Lore: He woke up one day in his bedroom to a somewhat normal, casual day. He got up and left his room. He was heading towards the exit of the sand palace, when a voice behind him stopped him. "Spider, wait!" his mother, Queen Bongo, a SandWing, shouted at him from behind. Leopard stopped abruptly, slowly turning his head. "You can't leave without your travel pack!" Bongo exclaimed, tying the Fany pack around his tail. "Mom, I can take care of myself! Also, can you /please/ stop calling me 'Spider'? I hate spiders!" Leopard quickly took off, ignoring his mother's shouts. He ran across the hot, orange desert until he reached the Sand Market. He walked in, examining all of the jewelry. He walked up to one stand with ruby earrings. He was about to ask how much they cost but jumped when a large explosion came from nearby. His head snapped towards the loud noise. Everyone else ran screaming. A slender dark brown SandWing emerged from the explosion, carrying some \very\ expensive jewelry. The dragon took off as a brown blur, weaving through SandWings. Leopard hesitated, then darted after the dragon. He lunged, grabbing a necklace around her neck and yanking her back. She let out a startled hiss and whirled around, but froze for a moment, looking unsure. Leopard froze too, staring straight at her. They stared at each other for a moment. Leopard opened his mouth to speak but was suddenly interrupted by two large SandWing guards that grabbed the brown SandWing. The brown SandWing looked furious and a little scared. Leopard stared at the brown SandWing, watching her struggle under the two guards' grip. Leopard suddenly did the most stupid thing in his life. He grabbed one of the guards' spears and wacked one at the back of the head, causing him to stumble off of the brown SandWing. The second guard whirled around, only to get slapped hard in the face by the spear, sending him stumbling too. Leopard blinked twice, genuinely surprised at what he'd just done. His arm was suddenly grabbed by the brown SandWing. She practically dragged him away from the scene. The brown SandWing eventually led him over to a tree far away from the Sand Market. Leopard sat down, panting and out of breath. He jumped slightly when the brown SandWing talked. "Hey. Thanks for helping me," she said. Leopard glanced at her. "Uh... no problem..." Leopard stood up, walking a little closer. "...I'm Prince leopard." The brown SandWing scanned his jewelry, clearly already knowing that. "...Yeah. The name's Recluse." Leopard's snout scrunched up slightly. "...Oh. Spider name, huh?" He muttered. Recluse narrowed her eyes. "Yeah. Got a problem with that, Sand Prince?" She snapped. Leopard stuttered. "I--Uh--No!" He stood there awkwardly for a moment. "...I, uh... I just hate spiders. That's all." He smiled nervously. Recluse rolled her eyes. "Oh, so you're one of /those/ guys, huh?" Leopard narrowed his eyes, disliking her tone. "...Now, what's that supposed to mean?" Recluse cracked her knuckles. "It means I don't have to answer to a pretty-boy," she retorted. Leopard sputtered. "I--what--I'm not a pretty-boy!" He said, his voice getting high-pitched. Recluse smirked. "Right... because your voice is so very manly, of course," she teased. Leopard huffed and crossed his arms, snapping his head away. "I'm very manly..." he muttered to himself. Leopard then felt one of his earrings get snatched off. His head snapped to Recluse, to her talon, where she was holding one of his earrings. "Sorry, darling... gotta go. See ya!" Recluse darted off, sprinting across the hot desert. Leopard just stood there, his mouth slightly open. Leopard didn't even try to go after her. He didn't want to end up another bone pile in the desert. He turned, heading back towards the Palace, grumbling to himself the whole way.
