TW - PROJECT MAY CONTAIN: Profanity (cant bother to censor any this time lol), Violent/Suggestive Themes Space/arrow keys/click to toggle between songs Click loop button in bottom right to loop current song Songs credited in project itself All code done by @Echoa_badger Some images taken from the internet --------------- haha i totally do the thumbnail at the very last min of the day just to publish this- I won't lie, this is prob one of my most forgettable stories. but this is like the first ever thing I have done with it since first abandoning it. What's more, I think I started it around 2025, which was only LAST YEAR and yet have the same presence in my head as Rocky & Glider or uhh... Mico & Thorn (basically zero) There are a few reasons why this could be the case, but the primary one I believe was that it was basically built off of AI... yep, you heard me. I admit, I AM guilty of having used it to develop my stories post-2023, but I don't any of them compare to its influence on Kaleido Sky. I used AI tools to write the episode summaries, at least half the character names and/or concepts... heck, literally the designs of the main protags AND just the whole existence of the idea is based on some weird ai slop I generated like 1-2 years ago (+ maybe the urge to make hypothetical anime... which Crypticatchers also did and arguably better) So obvs it doesn't resonate as long as ones that just pop into my head when I'm taking a shower or smth Even if we disregard the sloppy (pun intended) origins of it, it never really felt "coherent" to me. It's like an isekai that also involves pirates and also some sections spent in the real world which tbh only exist because I miss the heteronormativity of 2000/2010's teen drama /j And as I said, a few of the characters here just kinda exist just because, and yet end up making the story feel bloated anyway Not to mention a lot of the concepts are alr used by other stories of mine That isn't to say all its ideas are bad (the plot with Jace siding with the villainous angel group, Aesop's design, etc.) but if I had the time and motivation to reboot it I wouldn't hesitate Anyway this playlist is pretty good, it's a good variety without appearing inconsistent (tho ironically I think the weakest ones are prolly the main cast lmao)
