The Spirit : it's an eyeball that appears on your screen. all you gotta do is click him. it doesn't matter what tool you use. The Watcher: he punches and breaks the window. hit him with your hammer and he goes away. then, click the planks on the floor to repair the window. otherwise, he immediately kills you the next time he comes.
