I think you know how to start this and to turn ticking/bells off/on (as long as you know the rules of turning the hour striking on/off). "Harfen-Gong" means "Harp-Gong" this is art deco btw the rubber on the hammer is extremely bouncy :/ you can turn the hands, as always
