Click the green flag to start the clock. I made this myself using a few mods like Create Strikes every quarter hour and strikes the corresponding hour by 12. An option to silence the strike is provided. (Cannot be interacted with when the clock is striking) To silence the ticking, press M.
All assets were taken apart for a bit before being placed back. (The Bird wasn't in the clock)
