His name is the Projecter. He's using Projection Sorcery, also known as the 24 FPS Cursed Technique. I will be adding more attacks. And maybe put them into a TSBT. Maybe. Just wait after an animation for the next animation. CD = Cool Down Zipp: Using projection sorcery, Projector sets up 24 frames of his next movements and does the preset actions within 1 second. Anyone caught in the move will get frozen for 2 seconds. CD = 10s Speedy Kick: Projector teleports a short distance or to a target and swings his knee in front of him, dealing about 10 or 15 damage and knocking the target back. CD = 20s Quick Flash: Projector does three teleportations, the third one teleporting him to his target or a location, and tries to land an uppercut. If landed, he does 20 damage and knocks the target into the air, which can combo extend. CD = 15s However, if missed, Projector will teleport away. CD = 25s Reactive: Projecter blocks an oncoming attack, one inch punching the target away and teleporting into a dropkick. CD = 20s The first 4 animations are the moves themselves, the next 4 will be the finishers, and the next 4 after the finishers will be the ultimate moves.
