Story Mode: This takes place after the events of Kindness and Laughter Keffule, after Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Twilight spilt up. (This is BEFORE A Magic Problem 'Twinkle Cover') Twilight gets corrupted for a bit, And Fluttershy is stopped in her tracks by corrupted Twilight, causing her to have to fend for herself to save Twilight, which she does in the end. Afterwards, Twilight goes to uncorrupt Pinkie Pie
