I decided to try to make Scratch a full-body rig. This is the first version, so it isn't that great. Move your cursor around, and Scratch's eyes will follow it! I'm planning to make the next version using vectors, and I also want to fix some things. (The outlines on the arms aren't complete, the scleras sometimes appear outside the head, and the movement of the ears is too choppy despite them relying on a timer.) The next version will likely not use clones, as it causes problems with the timing and will not load immediately. Unfortunately, that means I cannot limit my use of sprites. Thankfully, the extensions that I use (which I can't use on my school Chromebook) give me ways to organize my sprites into folders. This extension doesn't appear for people who don't have it, though.
This project is free to use, and you can insert the code in your other projects! However, please credit me when you use the art! I actually finished this project yesterday, but I didn't want to post it until now... The character is not mine. It's Scratch itself! To make the tail, make sure to add an invisible vector to ensure that the whirl effect only distorts the part you want distorted! This creates the effect that the tail isn't stiff! This also applies to the torso with the fisheye effect. I can imagine that this effect works with hair, but you'll have to put the invisible vector below the hair, so the whirl effect doesn't affect the scalp/roots.
