crows are usually some of the smartest criminals in Pawport, but carter…..well…..he’s not on the brightest side. in fact, his brain might as well be the size of a peanut.. at least that’s what rocky seems to think. when carter goes on missions and heists, he almost always messes something up, or worse, ruin the whole entire heist. even though he’s not that smart, he still has his moments! the last sentence was added because carter paid us 20 dollars
