RefugeClan. A clan of the war. From the original RP call/welcome project: "A clan formed after the War, with many cats from the Shallows, the Half-Faced, and from all the clans. Some families kept their traditions, and others scrapped them. That is yours to decide." Many say that it was the ony good thing to come from it, and many others say that it was a group of rag-tags that should have d-ed with the conflict. This Clan is different, in terms of many things, but also in their history. RefugeClan was never meant to happen. But it did, and differing again from the others, due to the fact that Storystar is actually the co-founder. Storystar was not the first, that being Basiliskstar, but was deputy as it formed, known as Storywing. ` Clan Territory ` This clan is left to rot in a desolate pine forest, dubbed the Forest's Shadows, littered with the occasional oak or beech. These cats are known territory-wise for their camp-- A pile of fallen trees that arch and bend into a system of "caverns" that form their camp. It's a sight to see. These cats often let Shallows, so their lands are covered in small burrows or other encampments. ` Clan Builds ` These cats range greatly, having all kinds of pelts, of builds, but mostly, the cats here have grown adept (even though this is mainly mental) at adapting to the place they live in. Most have the builds of the places they have been exiled from/left. Many newborns, though, are seen to have brown eyes/pelts. ` Clan Beliefs ` Like their pelts, this Clan is a place where many cats have many different thoughts. Those with influence always ask that you keep these beliefs from wedging a space between your clanmates, but that doesn't stop everycat. ` Clan Behaviors ` Behaviors, like most things, differ. The clan is diverse, and has many ways to go about it. Most cats are very welcoming and sympathetic, though. ` Special Rules ` Ranks: nothing changes. Becuase of the differences, they try to keep the rest the same. Joining: costs nothing at all. As long as you have the willpower to leave everything behind, for whatever reason, then you are welcome here. Special Skill: Adaptablity. Mentors do many different things, and cats here learn to practice things their bodies aren't made for. You can talk to a visiting Shallow, hunt an animal that isn't from your clan's territory (the clan your family/kin originated from. If you're from RefugeClan, than it's things like fish and moles.) ` RefugeClan under Storystar ` Storystar is a kind soul. Some cats refuse to think that a *reject* is any good, but Storystar refuses to let those claims deter her. It stands tall, leading her clan to survival, even if the journey isn't welcoming. Some leaders, like Phantomstar and Ruinstar don't enjoy their presence in gatherings, yet it brings it's clan forward. Storystar is widely known, however, for trusting too much.
