"Blaze the Cat is an anthropomorphic cat and the princess of the Sol Kingdom in an alternate dimension, serving as a main hero within that world. As the dedicated guardian of the Sol Emeralds, she possesses powerful pyrokinesis (fire manipulation) and is characterized as a calm, elegant, and disciplined fighter who struggles with being socially distant, now being forced as a toy to such horrid creatures." This is a more "modern" take on Blaze the Cat for Bloodcrest Fates. This take was mainly created due to the fact that (fun fact) BCF is based more on TD than OM. We obviously couldn't use the P:OM design for her of course, so I decided to cook up this and give her regular modern outfit. I also decided to take advantage of the fact that she is from a different dimension and let her have slightly different proportions from everybody else (literally JUST Sonic lol). She now has these "riders-esc" limbs. I also gave her regular gloves to give her a less sharp design from her head and shoes. Another thing (to make her have more comparisons to Sonic) is that I made her ponytail more like a small Sonic quill than straight forward, mainly to give her a better silhouette. I also made her collar more of a scarf and made her forehead gem bigger. That's generally all the changes I made from OM Blaze to BCF Blaze. As you can also see on the concept paper, I also have an Amy design created based on the Fleetway comics and classic design. Maybe I should make that as a vector next?
