One major problem is discovery. Bigger creators are almost always shown first, while smaller creators with creative projects barely get noticed. Because of this, many talented people quit or lose motivation. My plan is to redesign the discovery system so it does not only focus on popularity. Instead, the front page and recommendations would mix popular creators with smaller rising creators equally. There could also be a “Hidden Gems” section where underrated projects get featured daily so new creators have a real chance to grow. If enough people support this idea and share it, soon even Scratch itself will see this. This would make Scratch feel more fair, creative, and active again.
