At 3:30 today Prime Minister Liegon Asrif made a speech on Telemica joining The Military and Economic Alliance for Rheia. Liegon "Do not think that joining MEAR is a threat to tanakvik. The FSSR has been a great help to Telemica for almost a century by now and this is purely in interest of building a community of our one. like tanakvik, Jǐnzhao has been a very good ally over the years and after its collapse it is in Telemica needs to make sure Jǐnzhao returns to a place of stability as soon as possible, and I believe that joining MEAR is the best way to do that. We have no ill will towards the FSSR but our own interest must be our first priority." many people in Telemica especially the Conservative coalition have argued that this is a provocation and that seeing Telemica join MEAR will mean that nations once seen a helpful allies will now think we are enemies.
