virtual television was a short-lived video livestreaming service operating from around 1998-2005. it had you have your own virtual tv station, with a callsign and you could setup your own schedules. it was shut down due to people broadcasting disturbing things on the website. it became uncontrollable, the website practically became a sh*ck site.
