this is a project based off of my experience and my being right now. i have been using art such as poetry to express myself without using direct words. when you “bottle up your emotions” it means that you pack them into one place and forget about it but one day it may explode. i have been crying far more then i would be comfortable normally from my heavy emotions i always say im fine when im nit fine which makes you think your fine which makes other people think your fine when your not fine it doesnt matter if you see that they look fine you are not them so dont judge before knowing the adequete (big) picture. you dont know what someone could be struggling throigh silently unless they admit themselves it took courage for me to tell the staff such as my school counsler and teacher about this and you, scratchers, may be struggling too so take it from me and you can help youself if you feel overwhelmed in such kind… you feel like nothing at all its a chain reaction when things get too much for peiple to handle their brain says its easier to keep their emotions sealed off but it makes the static/ axiety feel louder than before and they keep sealing it of course this is not for all individuals but for some yes but please if u feel over whelmed follow the advice in the project
