Instructions: Wait to finish boot then press the information icon at bottom right to open instructions. Scratch gets buggy at high filesizes I'm guessing and cause this is abnormally high for scratch, half the things aren't following their own code. Just refresh the page if anything. It could also be that low RAM like 4 GB is quite laggy for this and scratch turns off some scripts to save memory. Use higher capacity RAM please. Sorry about the economy. Likely the only Scratch operating system that correctly uses the draggable bar without using the drag blocks (ex. instead of immediately centering bar, brings bar to where your cursor originally was) It also doesn't break if your mouse goes slightly off the draggable bar, it keeps going until your mouse is off.
Ditched 26.2 for this and went straight back to copying 26.1. The animated wallpaper is gone now. Many bug fixes have been added and features to make the user experience greater and more comfortable.
