At approximately 22:34 hours, the LRICV in Serenara’s orbit received authorization to deploy the colonists it housed. By 23:11 hours, a drop pod had completed its preparations and was deployed into the atmosphere. By 03:12, the drop pod had landed approximately 200 feet away from its designated landing point. However, the colonists on board were not required to carry the equipment dropped with them, as a group of rovers had already been deployed in the vicinity. These rovers transported the equipment to the landing area and assisted the colonists in establishing their settlement. As of now, the colonists are conducting tests on the fauna and flora on the planet to ensure their safety for consumption. Mission overview: Goals: -deploy colonists onto Serenara near pre printed infrastructure -sample the flora and fauna on Serenara to ensure safety for consumption Mission issues/hinderances: -a slight navigation error made by the pod lead to a landing around 200ft from the designated area - shock absorbing landing equipment failed to deploy, some equipment loaded into the pod suffered minor to moderate levels of damage. -temporary communications delay, not Significant Personnel/equipment deployed: -25 colonists dropped onto the planet -10 semi autonomous or autonomous vehicles dropped onto the planet
