Guys, help. I need to get a project done, but I need a stick figure that moves and a police car to do my project, and I'm BRAIN-DEAD, DUDE! HELP PLZ , I'M GOING TO GET COOKED. Also, for info, it's an animation, and I don't know how to animate one bit. Animation. I need to make the stick figure raise his hands at the start (slowly, but still speedily) and then lay on the ground, then have a police cruiser pull up (same as the stick figure) and stop a few feet away from the stick figure, and once the car stops, the stick figure has to drop of bag of a green controlled substance that most of my mature followers would know GREATLY about that people do thinking it's going to make them a better person. And we all know that's just a lie.
