Requested by @liamthach Bio: (Note: totally fictional) Bollen and Marilyn are Two 4-4-0 American type Steam Locomotives manufactured by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1861, and was one of hundreds of engines of their class ordered to work for the Wyoming Central Railroad, and One of the First Locomotives ordered by the newly incorporated Wyoming Central Railroad in 1861. Bollen was Marilyn's Brother, and Marilyn was Bollen's Sister. They are initially used for mainline services, but was reassigned to branch line work later when the Other Americans (4-4-0) (like Klickety Kate and Klickety Rose respectively), Porters (2-4-0), Moguls (2-6-0) (like Wedge respectively), Ten Wheelers (4-6-0) and Consolidations (2-8-0) were introduced. They are Assigned to Pull Passenger Trains and Freight Trains, aswell as Assigned to Pull Mixed Trains that contains both Passenger and Freight Cars. Bollen and Marilyn was retired in 1963 When the WC dieselized and was sold for scrap in Ogden, Utah, but before they even got cut up, the WC requested the scrapyard to donate them to their Station in Box Elder County, Utah, as a result of their hard work on the line, as well as their historical significance. The scrapyard refused at first, but when museum convinced some sense into them, the scrapyard agreed. So Bollen and Marilyn was moved to the WC's Station in Box Elder County, Utah to put on Outdoor Display. They are happy to be saved but was rather sad to never run again. But that all changed when in 1977, when the WC requested the museum to take him out of display for restoration to operation, for their Steam Program. The museum agreed, and so Wedge was restored to operation, for the Excursion Service, Along with Wedge, Klickety Kate and her Sister, Klickety Rose. The Restoration will take 2 years to Complete. The Restoration was Completed in 1979, And they moved under their own power for the first time in 16 years. Today, Bollen and Marilyn continues to pull the WCRR's Steam Program Excursion Trains. They are Currently as part of the Wyoming Central Railroad's Heritage Fleet, which includes commemorative and historic equipment owned by the Wyoming Central Railroad, Along with Mile, since 1977, Wedge, since 1991, Klickety Kate and her Sister, Klickety Rose, since 1996. Fun Facts: 1. Bollen and Marilyn was named after Roger Bollen and Marylin Sadler, the Creators of Handy Manny (2006 - 2013). and 2. Marilyn's Number 128 is the reference to the date of Handy Manny Season 2, Episode 4b, "Squeeze Makes a Promise" which was premiered on Playhouse Disney on January 12th, 2008.
