There are only 2 rules: You must add or remove only one block of code (this only applies to normal blocks and cap blocks), costume, backdrop, or sprite at a time. You must follow the Scratch Community Guidelines. Oh, and also, making variables and orphaned blocks don’t count. *If your project gets reported for being an exact copy, then go ahead add another block or smth
