The reason I decided to make Venus (occasionally) speak Russian was due to the Venera Robots (yes, they do just say 'join us' in canon Solarballs... but not in SBR) passing on fragments of their language to Venus. The content was Google translated, so it may be off. Even so, my pronunciation will certainly not be accurate. On another note, I was going to do Ceres, but... I'd rather just implement my series lines into the final show than show them by themselves because, even being an experienced (not professional) voice actor, doing laughing lines (especially maniacal-sounding ones) are PRETTY embarrassing... so... to sum it up, you won't see Ceres lines by themselves.
