1. With other nation’s attempts failed, we will begin the process of trying to shred and repel the asteroid as it enters or is about to enter the atmosphere. Following Kurzgesagt (cause I’m desperate), we will begin sending metallic spikes into space in the way of the asteroid. There will be 3 sets of these in a line. Another set of spikes will be behind it filled with nuclear warheads to explode in the craters left by the previous ones. 2. Missiles will be massively built with half of funding to bunkers and half to building missiles. We advise all nations to build up nuclear warheads. The missiles will be added with a large metal spike on the front to penetrate it so it doesn’t just deflect away. The timing is essential so predictions and data will be made for it. 3. Once the asteroid is split, and its life-ending fragments are identified, we will send all of our missiles to strike them in the sky or when they are very close to earth. This will hopefully break the life-ending meteors into smaller pieces that won’t end all of life and will hopefully just make craters.
