This is a redesign of my OC Lila for before she went insane, drained of colored (even though she's black and white ToT) and her hair grew out! Its to match the time period of where she was from to more resemble the flappers of the 1930s!
She's supposed to resemble cartoons from the 1930s! Like betty boop and Mickey mouse!
