Built during Premier Kolichenco's last five year plan, and in respective amounts before and after, the "Kolichenka apartment" is a specific style of apartment in Tanakvik, shown here for world building purposes. On the Global International Construction Forums, written by the Federal Soviet Ministry of External Affairs. (https://intconforum.org/euro/sov/apartments/5628) "The immediate precursor to the Kolichenka was constructed in 1993, using purpose built concrete panels, insulation, bolts, and regional design changes. In total, 450,000 of these apartments were build throughout Tanakvik from 1993-2009, until they were redesigned by the "Donetsky Design Bureau" to be of a better quality externally, and internally. What resulted, is what you see now. The first, real, Kolichenka was constructed in 2011, using similar design methods, but, with increased quality throughout the build, thicker concrete blocks and doors, spacious hallways, fancy coloring, and larger windows. These apartments would have changes made as they were built throughout Tanav, apartments in the rich, warm environment of Astren would have thinner walls, AC units, and extended balconies. Apartments in the far north, in Catberia, have adjoining vehicle garages, extended basements for storage, improved heating, and much thicker, insulated walls. These regional differences allow for workers, anywhere, to enjoy their homes, and not have to worry about environmental factors getting in the way of their very own apartment. On building schedules, in 2011, roughly 1.7 Million Kolichenka apartments's were built. A large, respectable portion of apartments were built in Moscon, Lyningrad, and Catingrad, as of course, not only are these three cities the biggest in Tanakvik, but, they're also the most visited, and so, apartments were used for important economic figures, tourists, and new apartment owners once they popped up. From 2011, to the launching of the "5 Year Housing Plan" in 2017, roughly 9.7 Million apartments were constructed, averaging around 2 Million a year. These apartments would go to military reservists and important workers until they were present enough within the cities for everyday use. From 2017 to 2022, during Kolichenco's final Five Year Plan, over 57 Million individual apartments were constructed in Tanakvikian territory. These translated to roughly enough housing for around ~180 million citizens. Once these apartments were finally completed, mass reorganization of the housing world occured. Thousands of families recieved a new optional upgrade to the newly constructed apartments, and housing opened up throughout Tanakvik as the people upgraded their living standards. As time continued on until the death of Premier Kolichenco in 2027, another ~12 Million apartments were constructed. By this time, around half of Tanakvik's population lived within the walls of Kolichenco's final dream. The old housing units, those mainly being "Gorbatevkas" which were abandoned in favor of the newer items, were commonly turned into schools, reintegration institutions, hospitals, and other community structures. Other Gorbatevkas however weren't so lucky, and due to their shoddy, corrupt construction, would collapse upon themselves. In their place, however, came a brand new Kolichenka."
