Guys this seems really long but I promise I am pretty lenient with this stuff; it's a rather uncomfortable area of my art career to deal with this sort of thing. The whole point of this is so my art and designs are protected but can still be used in enjoyable and creative ways, so TLDR just be nice and give credit! What is TOS? ・TOS stands for Terms of Service. ・Someone's Terms of Service is a set of rules their clients must follow if they want to continue to receive the goods or services. ・It is usually created by a company. Scratch has its own TOS too. However within Scratch/with Scratch projects you mostly see them being used by artists to make sure their creations are respected. ───── ₊°｡˙☽. Art TOS ・ Do not claim my art as your own ・No tracing or heavily referencing ・Please do not remove any watermarks without my permission. ・My art may in no way be used to train AI or supplement image generation ・ You may use my art on other websites, but please credit properly. (I do not have an account on any other art websites so please link my Scratch profile.) ・You may not post my art here or on other websites, even with proper credit, if you don't own my designs or have permission. ・You may not use my art for things like PFPs, banners, backgrounds, etc. without my permission. If you ask I will usually say yes, so please don't steal my art ・If I make you fanart, then it is your property, and you may use it for anything in the previous rule. All I ask is that you give credit to me for creation of it. ・Unless you are graylisted or blacklisted, or I specifically say not to on the project it is from, you may always trace my art for LEARNING PURPOSES ONLY. However you may not post the art without explicitly saying it is traced and crediting me for the original art. ───── ₊°｡˙☽. Design TOS ・Whenever and wherever you post the design, please credit me as the designer. This applies to any hypokits and free designs too! ・If you change your mind about the purchase or claim of any designs within 30 days of claiming / completed pays / purchase, I have the right to take back the design instead of letting you sell it. If you won it through a contest it goes to second place. ・If for any reason the design was free, ex. freebies or a raffle, the design has zero base value and can only be given away unless you have permission from me to sell it. ・If/when you resell a design from me, I would love for you to link this TOS to the next owner so they know the rules! This protects the owner from being greylisted when they didn't know the rules, and protects my art! ・Just like with any of my art my designs have a strict DNI with any form of AI! This extends to giving an image generator a description of the design to generate art of them. ・You may always resell, trade, and purge my designs ・You may not use my designs to promote any sort of business or for commercial purposes ・I am very flexible to changes with the design. Most modifications are fine, no need for permission. Please check with me before more heavy changes or recoloring the design. You may not fully redesign them. ・Recoloring is allowed once you own the design, but this does not mean you can claim the design as your own. Please still credit me for the original design. ・Any sort of recoloring or use when you do not own it or claiming it as yours after you recolor it, is art theft and will get you graylisted. ───── ₊°｡˙☽. Violation (WIP) ・If you violate my art/design TOS in any way you will be graylisted. ・If you violate my design TOS, I reserve the right to withdraw any of my designs you own ・

Even if you don't label yourself as a homophobe, this counts. ・You believe that your race or ethnicity is superior to other ones, or that certain races or identities are bad ・You support Trump's values or actions (not your family or party - specifically you like what is happening rn is what I meant by this) ・You are heavily involved in politics (you're fine if you can vote since you sort have to know) ・You make fun of peoples' triggers ・You've stolen, traced, or recolored art without apoligizing, or recognizing that what you did was wrong ・You will hold grudges for a very long time, or attack people for things that are very old or no longer true of them. If I have done something seriously wrong, or it upset you enough that this would happen please just talk to me about it, and if I can make amends I will! ・You curse or disregard the age boundaries/don't keep things PG on Scratch ・You are in a romantic relationship with someone you only know online ・You've been (justly) banned from Generations ・You support sh, or harming your family, loved ones, or pets (if you are in a bad place in your life and doing sh I am not pushing you away, this is for people who think it's a good thing/support it) ・You ship family members on purpose ・You like to fight/insult people online ・You choose who you interact with based on their weight, religion, identity, sexuality, abilities, etc. ・You harass or DNI someone for no reason other than things they can't control; weight, ability, money, family, identity, etc. ───── ₊°｡˙☽.
