The Military and Economic Alliance for Rheia is a proposed organization that would serve the purpose of substituting NTADO in the Rheian continent. It would focus on creating an independent Rheian bloc to protect Rheian nations from FSSR aggression. It would also serve to increase economic ties and cooperation between Rheian nations. Currently, the bloc is operational. Current members: Partial Constitutional Monarchy of Xeng Republic of Cuchen Telemica The Kingdom of Marova Terms of entry: Upon joining the alliance, a nation is granted a one-year period to withdraw. After this period, withdrawal is contingent upon approval or denial by a three-to-two majority vote. If a member nation is attacked without prior physical harm, all other alliance members are obligated to provide military assistance. Upon joining the alliance and completing the one-year period, member nations are required to establish international economic and military infrastructure with other alliance members. Establishing such infrastructure for non-alliance nations is optional and will not be supported. All alliance members must actively work to eliminate extremist influences within their borders. Failure to do so may authorize the alliance to intervene. Communism and its associated ideologies are permissible for citizens of member states, provided they do not interfere with government and political affairs. No communist or socialist parties may be established within a member state, and any that are or are established are considered extremist groups. All alliance members have the right to participate in voting on matters, provided their citizens have the opportunity to express their views. War crimes committed by member states are unacceptable and will be subject to trial and punishment if the crimes can be substantiated. Member states of the alliance are permitted to align themselves with other blocs (excluding the FSSR) as long as they are not integrated into said bloc. All member states are eligible to participate in joint military exercises within the alliance and with other non-FSSR aligned nations.
