The Forgotten Forest packs (and rouges) have a lot of different traditions and beliefs, of which are listed in this project. TRADITIONS All packs Graduation - held every IRP moon, when pups grow into trainees, trainees into adults, adults into elders. Flower Celebration - held at the first moon of flower-time (spring) called Moon of Warmth. This tradition consists of decorating pelts and dens with flowers, howling in groups and making peace with enemies. Frozen Battle of Ice - held a few days before graduation. Trainees are made to fight each other and the victorious one (the 'strongest') gains respect. Blossom First Bloom - two days after graduation, new trainees prove their loyalty by sitting in the flower field for one day. BELIEFS Cloud-land Cloud-land is the main belief. It is were canines are believed to go when they die. Dirt-land Dirt-land is were bad canines go. Those who believe generally try their best to do bad. Silence Then there's Silence. When a canine chooses to go not to Cloud- or Dirt-land. They walk the earth as ghosts.
