~ Sacrificial Lamb game ~ Similar to the “Mafia” or “Werewolf” game Written by PurpleGriffinPlays on Scratch Recommended 10+ people ages 9 and up Everyone starts just silently walking around or mingling in a room for 1-2 minutes, the lamb must have a blindfold on. When the round starts the sacrificer can choose one lamb to “sacrifice” by (sneakily) tapping them 2-3 times on the shoulder (to make it less obvious). If you are the lamb you must wait 5-7 seconds before falling to the ground. The shepherd CANNOT tell the shepherd’s daughter who they think the sacrificer is. Once the 1-2 minutes are up, the village discusses who they think it is (lambs and seer CANNOT TALK they can only point/use hand gestures however lambs can take their blindfolds off) and if they guess incorrectly then they keep going but the suspected culprit is out. Everyone then votes on who should be out, the one with most votes is out. If the village guesses correctly then the game is over. If you are the daughter you can heal one lamb per 4 rounds. If all lambs die then the sacrificer is revealed, if the sacrificer is caught then the lambs and shepherds win! Roles: . Lamb (no max) . Shepherd (no max) . Shepherd’s daughter (max of one) . Sacrificer (max of two) . BONUS ROLE: SEER (max of one) . BONUS ROLE : VULTURE (Max of one) LAMBS: You are the lamb, fearful of how your fate will end, always running from everyone except the shepherd’s daughter. If you feel a tap on your shoulder then you’re the next victim and you must wait 5-7 seconds before falling to the ground. During town discussions you can only use hand gestures and point to who you think it is, you cannot talk SHEPHERDS: You are a shepherd protecting your sheep. You take careful notes and cues on who is acting suspicious. You are the main voice when deciding who to get out during town discussions. SHEPHERD DAUGHTER: You are the daughter who worries for the fragile little lambs. Every 4 rounds you can heal a lamb and bring them back into the game (unless eaten by vulture), but your shepherd parent is very quiet about the sacrificer and no matter what they refuse to tell clues to you privately. SACRIFICER: You are always looking for the next victim, you may “kill” one lamb per 1-2 minute long round by tapping them twice or three times on the shoulder, the lamb waits 5-7 seconds before falling. You must lie or hide your identity at town meetings to get the trust of the shepherds and make them believe you are an ally. If you are voted out then the shepherds win, if you “kill” all the lambs first then you must reveal yourself and win. BONUS - SEER: Silent and powerful, you cannot talk no matter what and you cannot reveal your role. At town meetings you must act like one of the lambs. However every 5 rounds you can find out someone’s role (while everyone is getting ready for meetings) by whispering in their ear “who are you?” Then they’ll whisper back their role. BONUS ROLE - VULTURE: You are hungry for lamb and the shepherd’s daughter is your enemy. Every 4 rounds you can “eat” a lamb who is out, making the lamb unable to be healed by the daughter. RULES: - you cannot ask people their roles at town meetings - You cannot talk during the round - Only talk during town discussions - NOBODY NO MATTER WHAT CAN REVEAL ANY CLUES ABOUT WHO THE SEEKER OR VULTURE IS!!! - be kind and don’t shame other people - Have fun!
