LOGIC: if number is multiple of 10 (2 in decimal) it references their smaller tens times smaller version if number is not a multiple of 10, but composite it references their two factors on bi-aperial (like 71 (15) with 11, bi and 21, bi) if it's prime it reference smth else, especially binary (but not always like 13 (61)) TUNE: E minor (detuned -50) just like aperial until [35]1 (71, 10)
