Uh so I thought I should make a project about this be cause this has been a problem lately. Ok so a while ago a main stream Therian TikTok influencer posted a video, now there where many problems with this video one of them being that the video was her being beat up by some kids at a trampoline park. This is extremely triggering to kids and teens because it could make them feel not safe to where there gear out and about. This was not the only thing though, it also had the tag “stop Therian hate”. THIS IS CAN BE EXTREMELY RACIST. we are not oppressed and this is a rip of tag of “stop Asian hate” (I’m so sorry if I spelled this wrong) many people use the “stop Therian hate” tag without knowing but if you have PLEASE delete it, It’s just bad OK SECOND THING So some Therians have also been using the tag “Therian lives matter” , now this really upset me as a person of color because I felt like my pain was being ignored. This is also racist because it is a version of the “ Black Lives Matter” tag. Please don’t get me wrong Therians get bullied but people of color have gone through segregation, Jim Crow laws, and murder. Therians as a community have not experienced mass murder or segregation and as a Therian i get the perspective of wanting to have a tag that stands up to the hate but this just is not ok I hope you understand :3
