Art and characters by @Echoa_badger Zoom-in code by @Colorsnatch Song: U2 - Every Breaking Wave =============== you'd be surprised at much I've been wanting to use this somewhere in my projects anyway I finished this around... a few days ago, actually, but just decided to upload it as filler cuz it's been a good 2 weeks since my last project and with finals season and such I'd prob expect the next to take a while (or at least AOK, I have like another project I'm planning to post sometime soon) if you cant tell, this is supposed to be a redraw of an old art piece I did in like 2019 which unfortunately got lost to time and also basically everything I did on there being erased the moment I got my second phone. so i dont really have anything to compare except the vague concept of it which included these old ocs of mine. basically they're two members of this ragtag team of adventurers who go to this paradise that's been corrupted by i guess capitalism or smth idrk I wanted to do this for a good while now but it really started on some like Tuesday where there was a power outage and I just drew out of spite. I tried some new techniques here such as the "use thick lineart then erase around" one I also used for my Scratch animemes (I didn't like it, it looked really uneven and uncanny) and applying airbrush over basic shading (definitely worked more, though with my terrible sense of depth it could only go so far. If I still had the old version this would certainly be the superior one but overall this feels like one of my "lesser-quality" works
