First of the Kaiju designs I’m revamping that won the comp Citieloong is a large kaiju that appears to be an irradiated Chinese alligator. From the mutation brought an ability to expel excess water from its body as high speed ad pressure, condensing into a “beam” of sorts. This extreme speed leads to spray electrification, which leads to a sudden surge in negative ions surrounding the creature. The sail along its back currently has no known purpose, but it’s theorized it can generate a piezoelectric effect, further bolstering the presence of negative ions. Because of the water, horns, and overall majestic appearance, many refer to Citieloong as “The living dragon”, a name that persists given its appearance. This kaiju is generally considered docile, and only attacks in defense or when in a state of agitation.
